When you request a bespoke planning service, a separate service agreement or confirmation email will outline the specific scope, fees and deliverables for that engagement; where a bespoke agreement is provided, its terms will take precedence in respect of that service. Our editorial content, including destination guides and itineraries, is provided for general information and planning purposes only. You confirm that you are using the information at your own risk and that Britain Bound is not responsible for personal injury, travel disruption or other losses arising from third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Bookings, bespoke services and payments
Where Britain Bound provides bespoke planning as a paid service, we will supply a clear proposal setting out fees, services and timelines. Fees become payable according to the payment schedule in the proposal. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has begun on a bespoke itinerary. If bookings are made on your behalf through third-party providers, those bookings are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of those providers. Britain Bound undertakes reasonable care when recommending suppliers and third-party partners but is not a principal for those contracts and accepts no responsibility for their performance. We may use reputable third-party payment processors; your payment card information is processed by the payment provider and not retained on our servers unless explicitly agreed. Prices for any paid services are shown in the proposal and are subject to change before agreement; confirmed bookings and paid proposals are charged at the agreed price.
3. Intellectual property and permitted use
All editorial content, images and design on this site are the property of Britain Bound Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download or print materials from the site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including copying, republication, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation, is prohibited without our prior written permission.
